Sonia Rios, LSW

Sonia Rios is an LSW practicing individual, group, and family therapy with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings helping clients that struggle with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. She has specialized training in Domestic Violence and experience working with couples. She has also worked with youth in juvenile detention centers and supporting callers experiencing domestic violence, rape, and crisis through a 24-hour hotline.

Sonia meets with clients in-person and virtually to support them through life's challenges such as divorce, parenting, trauma, and financial hardships. Her goal is to provide culturally sensitive therapy with a clinical approach that is strength based and trauma informed. Her top priority is to provide her clients a safe space to feel heard and supported while empowering them.
